About The Presenter
Shenoah Grove is a full-time Texas real estate investor, broker, and President of the Texas REIAs — the largest network of investor associations in the state. Since 2003, she’s been through multiple market cycles and has executed over 1,200 deals worth more than $200M. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University.
She’s known for her “no-fluff” approach and deep experience helping regular Texans build generational wealth through real estate — even if they have limited cash, time, or experience.

The Austin RENC
The Austin RENC is the Austin Chapter of the Texas REIAs, the largest network of Real Estate Investment Associations (REIAs) in Texas. We pride ourselves on providing access to deals, money, partners, buyers, sellers, service providers, vendors and just about everything an investor needs to make money in real estate. We also take pride in providing quality, local real estate education, as well as plenty of opportunities for networking with other real estate entrepreneurs. Since 2003, the Texas REIAs has been the largest such investing group in Texas
and we just keep growing.
The Association President is Shenoah Grove, a real estate investor who has participated in more than 1,200 real estate transactions since 2003. She uses multiple real estate investing strategies based on where the market is and where the market is going.
Mrs. Grove started this Association in order to provide local investors with the deals, money, education, community, legal updates, market updates, networking, investing strategies that work in today’s market and the sharing of best practices that every investor needs to be successful for the long term.
She has not updated her resume since she left corporate America over 20 years ago. The reason she continues the tradition of the REIA is to continue to grow her network and to help support new members as they are getting started.
It was the local REIA that helped her get her first deal, her first loan, her first attorney, her first
contractor and more. The REIA provided the tailwind and guidance that allowed her to leave her job with confidence knowing that she could make it as an investor, knowing the REIA tribe had her back. Since she received so much support from the REIA in her early investing career, she’s made it a point to continue to carry the torch for new investors who are looking for their first deal and well as experienced investors that are looking to scale to their 100th deal.
